Rushelle (aka Shelle) began her career as a stylist in 1999 working behind some of the top stylist and icons in the beauty industry.  In 2008, After becoming a full-time mom to then Chanel (2) and Armani (7 months), Rushelle and Husband, Washtenaw County entrepreneur, Christopher Armand aimed to bring the best beauty salon experience and practices to Jackson County with the introduction of Salon Rushelle. Born from the realization that there were no comparable experiences in the area, they created the concept of Salon Rushelle, by bringing upscale yet affordable Hair, beauty, and Nail services in a small hair boutique setting to the small town of Grass Lake Michigan. By 2010, Salon Rushelle’s business and popularity quickly outgrew it’s original space, and was relocated to Chelsea Michigan.

Today as the Salon Rushelle brand continues to expand into it’s newest location in Brooklyn Michigan, the heart of Salon Rushelle, will forever remain the same. Bringing upscale yet affordable Beauty and nails services, while providing  guests with a personalized salon experience inspired by their beauty needs!
